1. Scope of Services

We provide tax preparation, accounting, payroll processing, compliance support, and business advisory services for individuals and businesses.

Our services include, but are not limited to:
✔ Tax return preparation and filing
✔ Small business accounting and financial reporting
✔ Payroll processing and tax compliance
✔ IRS notice and audit assistance
✔ BOI reporting and regulatory compliance
✔ Business consulting and entity setup

You understand that we do not provide legal advice, investment advice, or financial planning unless explicitly stated in a written engagement letter.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and timely service, you agree to:

✔ Provide all necessary tax and financial documents accurately and on time
✔ Review and approve your tax return or financial reports before submission
✔ Maintain active communication through our secure portal or email
✔ Keep your portal login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access

Failure to provide required documents or responses in a timely manner may delay services and result in additional fees.

3. Fees & Payment

Our fees are based on the complexity of your tax situation or accounting needs.

✔ Payment Terms: All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
✔ Late Payments: Unpaid balances may incur late fees or result in service suspension.
✔ Refund Policy: Because our services involve professional time and expertise, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Use of Secure Client Portal

We offer a secure online portal for document sharing, electronic signatures, and communication. By using our portal, you agree to:

✔ Upload only necessary and relevant financial documents
✔ Keep login credentials confidential
✔ Use the portal for legitimate business and tax purposes only

We are not responsible for user errors, lost credentials, or security breaches caused by improper use of the portal.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality of your financial data. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

However, you acknowledge that:
✔ Electronic communications may be vulnerable to security risks
✔ We are not responsible for data breaches caused by third-party platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, IRS systems, payment processors)

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive for accuracy and professionalism, but you acknowledge that:

✔ You are responsible for reviewing and approving your tax return before submission
✔ We are not liable for penalties, interest, or IRS decisions based on the information provided by you
✔ In no event shall our liability exceed the fees paid for the service in question

If errors occur due to our fault, we will take reasonable steps to correct them at no additional charge.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate our engagement at any time with written notice. If you terminate services after work has begun, you will be responsible for all fees incurred up to that point.

We reserve the right to terminate services if:
✔ A client fails to provide necessary documents or responses
✔ A client is uncooperative or engages in fraudulent activity
✔ Payment is not received for completed work

Upon termination, any pending work will not be completed, and you may need to seek alternative services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
